Former Xfinity customer locked out of my own peacock account

I moved and my area doesn’t use Xfinity so I had to cancel my plan. However, it never canceled my peacock subscription with my email address. I have reached out to Xfinity customer service, they said contact peacock. Reached out to peacock and they said reach out to Xfinity. Now my peacock is saying I don’t belong to my household because it has the wrong address. Someone please help.

user_jmslrt, thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I hope everything went well with your move. To confirm, was this a paid Peacock subscription, or the free subscription offered by us?

It was peacock premium plus, so I paid partial through Xfinity

user_jmslrt If the residential account was cancelled, the Peacock charge would have been cancelled too. Are you saying we're still charging you for the service?

You’re not charging me for service but when I go to my peacock account it says “billed by Xfinity” I can’t change my billing, my address or anything. There was another post on here that had the same issue and the Xfinity employee said if anyone runs into the same problem please contact you guys

Got it, user_jmslrt! Let's take a deeper look here. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
