Formal Complaint
I want to file a formal complaint against Xfinity for unjustified charges. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commissions but I also want to contact their corporate office. I do not want to speak to a bot or another agent.

i have had a live wire in my front yard since the big storm in april, i am gonna own comcast if one of my grandkids get shocked! they won't do a dang thing about it,even after many calls and attempts! terrible!

The worst and rudest people I have ever came across. Had canceled my internet two weeks ago. Was thinking of starting back up. Was lied to about rates, put on hold for 15 minutes and transferred to different people. No one new anything. Said she would give me a credit, for installation fee. Not true. Lie after lie. Then someone ordered equipment, couldn't cancel, will have to return. Horrible company to do business with.

I understand your frustration ! We had a RUDE condescending “ technician” at our house and my husband had to throw him out ! Our initial tv problem is still the same and I want to TALK to a human from America as agents are all from Belarus or Philippines ! Youngsters at the store tell us to call and complain! Next step will be to CANCEL everything! Any luck with you yet ?

Can Xfinity hire people who REALLY speak English or are we doomed to talk to foreign agents we cannot understand ?! We have a serious complaint reporting a terrible “ technician at our house who my husband had to through OUT .. no live human answers ! Ever !

Agents try to talk us into adding the new cell phone service but the customer service at Xfinity is horrible and nearly impossible to understand .. I was number 25 in line to speak to an agent. I fo not wish to speak with robot ! Seriously considering throwing in the towel and CANCELLING our services! Already checking out OTHER companies!
