Formal Complaint: Repeated Service Failures and Unresolved Billing Credi
Hello Xfinity Support,
I'm requesting escalation of an unresolved service and billing issue. I've had four technicians visit my home, and they have acknowledged that there is a problem with the service. I've had to rearrange my work schedule for these appointments, yet I still haven't received a bill credit.
I'm looking for a fair adjustment to my account, a clear explanation of the ongoing issue, and confirmation of the steps being taken to resolve it.
Please escalate this to a supervisor or Customer Relations representative who can review the technician visits and billing history and authorize an appropriate credit.
I'd appreciate a meaningful resolution rather than being asked to repeat the same troubleshooting process. Thank you.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
