Formal complaint involving bad business ethics

Hello I am writing this complaint due to the fact that for the past two months I have been dragged through the dirt financially involving the employees of your company deceiving me when I would reach out to them involving overcharging me for plans I did not agree too. For the unnerving disenvaluating manner in which they would speak to me and not even heed the information I was giving to them when it could have been resolved very easily had they listened. Instead in order so that they could get me to pay them money they were not and never earned used tactics that forced me to pay bills so that I was forced to make the decision between not having the service or paying amounts that were wildly outrageous due to my need for the service in order of personal life saving manners medically I was forced to pay they then would claim the price would go back to normal the 50 dollar home internet with the free mobile line included after the charged me 190 for the home internet and the mobile plan I was charged for was 50 it was disgusting then again n was forced to pay on terms of that or my service e canceled with the promise they would return the bill to 50 dollars once again so I paid and now here I am once again I wish to speak with someone a specialist I wish to receive reallocated funds for the deception and the dishonesty your employees showed and just lack of knowledge involving your business and human decency. I also wish to receive the promotion I was first given and for the price I was first told I would receive and for that to be my price f from now on. 

If not I will take my complaint to the FCC the FTC whomever I may have to I am resolved to have the hurt and pain I was forced to go through in times when its hard as it is not just that but going through these times with the extra burden of having to decide if im going to have dinner tonight because your company has quite simply robbed me.
