Flex

We are no longer on contract and now getting charged $25 a month for a flex box?  We have never owned or used one.  Pls advise as chat bots are not helpful and customer service is too frustrating to access.

Thank you for reaching out @user_fz2wp3 As long as you are an internet subscriber and have Flex services with 1 box you shouldn't be charged a fee.
