Once you sign in, in the upper right hand corner you should see the direct messaging icon.

the direct messaging icon doesn't give me the option to DM any of the 3 "official employees" who've replied to this message; thomasb, orlando and jorge. I ended up DM'ing XfinitySupport and all they did was argue with me. So much for this effort. I'll just let my bank handle it from hereon out.
