Five duplicate charges

So a few days ago I ordered the $10.Wow, Wi-Fi hotspot.I did not sign up for automatic building.It was a one time only payment.They charged my card five different times for ten dollars , and no one can tell me why they won't give it back to me

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
