First Xfinity bill not what was in the agreement
Accidentally deleted the other post but I’ll rephrase my concerns. Okay I get that you all charge for first month bill a month in advance now, but the amount you all charge me was over $80 when I agreed to switch and bundle a deal for $35 dollars a month. So I am confused on why my bill not in or around the amount that was in the deal. I was going for just internet when Xfinity made me aware that if I get Xfinity mobile as well, I would be getting a 45 dollar discount along with $100 Visa card for bringing my own phone. Plus I enrolled in automatic payments so that is another discount added on. I know there is a 10 dollar one time fee but my bill should still not be in the high 80s. I would’ve just stayed with my prior internet service if this was the case because I was getting around the same mbps for less than what this bill is. The main reason I switched was because of the promotions and deal I made. Why am I paying over 2x more than what I signed on for if everything was completed same day? Shouldn’t my monthly bill reflect my agreement?

@user_ca63b8 what is the status of your Xfinity Mobile account, and do you see your Xfinity Mobile discount on your statement? You will receive the multi product discount if you add Xfinity Mobile service within 90 days. Once your Xfinity Mobile service is activated the discount will reflect on your account within 30 days of activation. If you don't see your Xfinity Mobile discount yet this would be why your bill is a little higher at the moment.
