Finding my account
Hello I was trying to see if someone could help me find my account. I don't know the account number or the phone associated with the account but I do know the name and I need help finding the account number so I can pay the bill please and thank you

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
