I am done playing games. I have provided all required documentation over a week ago, yet you continue to ignore my accessibility needs while sending "No-Reply" emails that block my ability to respond.
I am putting this on the record now
1- PRIVACY BREACH- You are leaving voicemails containing my private account and financial details on a RECYCLED TextNow number that I no longer own. You are willfully disclosing my private data to a total stranger. DELETE THAT NUMBER FROM MY FILE IMMEDIATELY.
2- MEDICAL & LEGAL HARDSHIP- I have been medically/legally unable to work since Sept 2025. I have provided my Doctor’s Letter and my SSDI Attorney’s information. My WiFi is my ONLY lifeline to my medical team and legal counsel.
3- ACCESSIBILITY BARRIER- You are aware I am reachable by EMAIL ONLY due to an Apple account lock. Your refusal to use a monitored email address is a direct barrier to a disabled customer.
4- BILLING CORRECTION- I am current on my account. I demand the immediate transition to the Internet Essentials ($9.95/mo) plan effective May 1st.
If you continue to ignore these medical and privacy alerts I will be handing this entire documented thread to the FCC and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau.
Fix the account now, stop the privacy violations and confirm via a REAL email address today.
