I'm happy to help out with the final statement and refund. With account refunds you should receive a refund automatically to your last form of payment, but all devices will have to be returned before the refund is processed, and it can take 4-6 weeks.
Do you know if your refund balance is greater than the last payment made on the account? If the refund is greater, you would receive an email with the process to claim the refund. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity When was your account closed?
