Final bill

we cancelled our service in July of 2025. Paid what was owed then what was owed from my device was paid, leaving a zero balance. I’ve talked with three different people in customer service and for some reason can’t get a final bill showing a zero balance. Can I get a final bill?

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize if you have any issues with getting your final bill for your Xfinity mobile services. Go ahead and send me a direct message with your first and last name and complete service address that way we can look into your account and see how we can get you that final bill showing that you have a 0 balance

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
