Final Bill

I need my final bill. I have tried calling and the other internet chat, with no help.  I need to speak to a person!  I own two condos and sold one.  I can only access the account for the unit I still own.  The new owner needs to pay a portion of the bill.  How do I access my final bill?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
