Filed Bankruptcy But Support has not been any help

I filed for bankruptcy on Sept 20th. I called today to customer support and the gentleman Justin was very rude and sarcastic. After asking for a supervisor, I was disconnected from the call. A short time later, I got an email stating I requested cancellation of my services as of 10/2/23. Now because my payments are behind, when I call support the only option is to go online and pay and I cannot speak to anyone, and online is no luck either. My attorney stated services cannot be disconnected during the chapter 7 process if services are to remain. What do I do?
