File a Formal Complaint
My experience with the billing agents has been horrendous. I've been online and on the phone with several agents about the past due balance on my account. None of the agents give me the same information and one of the agents actually gave me a fake ticket number and false information about my balance. I've been on chat and on the phone since mid-December trying to resolve the billing issue and it's still not resolved. I get told that I'll get an email and I never do, I've been given false information about the status of my account, and I've been disconnected from chats.
I'm going to file a complaint with the FCC also.
