Federal Employee Billing Assistance

I’m a Federal Employee (excepted status) who is going through financial crisis due to the 2025 Government shutdown. I’m inquiring about billing options as I don’t want to lose my Xfinity service; I’m currently not receiving a paycheck. Is Xfinity providing payment assistance for Federal employees with financial hardships? If so, what do I need to do?

@user_rk4alc Thanks for adding a post. Indeed we're taking care of our customers that are federal employees. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
