False technician charge for $100
I just recently got xfinity WiFi and had a problem that was not my fault xfinity technician came by and fixed the issue stating it was a flip of a switch to turn on the WiFi why would I have to pay for your guys technician flipping a switch to turn my Internet on when I already paid to have the service in my house like what????

@user_9cr0ty Thanks for adding a post to the community. We understand the feedback and know having the lowest costs possible is important. Self installations making it free to get started, are always the goal to have a quick and easy experience. If a tech is required however, the pro install fee is applied. That happens whether it is a simple switch at the pedestal, or adding new lines for service into the home.
