False Promises for Rates
I like many others are getting scammed by Xfinity and their representatives. I have seen countless posts of others having the same issues as me. What kind of [Edited: "Language"] business model are you running where you would rather [Edited: "Language"] your customers for an extra $30 a month than having them stay happy and loyal with you for multiple years to come.
I was previously paying $110.58 for my internet for about a year then my rate went up by $30, I contacted a representative and told him the issue. I was told the promotion deal I had was over but that he would help reestablished it to its original price. We were on the phone for over half an hour and I asked multiple times if it would be reduced to which he confirmed it. A month later and I'm still being charged the same rate as last month that I called to dispute about. I call again to dispute this again and I get the bad luck of getting a woman who said that's too bad and I should go find someone else for internet. Really ? This is how you treat your customers , you just have one representative disrespect them and another lie to them? Your calls are "supposedly monitored" and so are mine so that we can both fact check that I was promised a rate change and then not have it delivered.
I just want to continue with Xfinity with what I was originally paying , if not , then I suppose I will have to find another company that won't insult me for an extra $30 a month. Thanks

Hello @ClaudioM69! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our team of experts on Forums. You've definitely come to the right place to get help with your billing concerns! You can view current promotions that are available to you by logging in to xfinity.com. You are also able to sign up for most promotions right online. However, I'd be more than happy to look into the promotions we have available on my end. Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.
