False one time charge

I moved to a new address around Aug 23. On that day I also turned on a new Xfinity wifi plan for the new address and got an Xfinity router delivered to me. I opened the package and put it all together myself. Not a single professional or service man entered my apartment. I called services to confirm what my charge would be on the same day and to also cut a previous plan in my previous address. Now I have a 100$ one time charge for my next Payment? I did everything myself and here Iam getting charged. The Service caller even told me it would only cost me around 45$ dollars in my next Payment. So what is this? why am I getting charged 100$ for ABSOLUTELY no reason

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
