False charges and Extortion for service. Bad Business

Got new internet service and switch 2 phone lines over to xfiniti for $80 total with protection on phones. Had service less than 30 days service was cut off 7 times and recently had to pay 137 to restore service for disconnection fees from service I didn't have. I have had to travel a hour to work each time they shut it off and on the phone 2 hours minimum trying to get restored. I have been asking for escalations for 2 weeks and nothing. They most recent time 2 days ago they [Edited: "Language"] off again. They keep offering to fix it but won't esclate as it has to deal with 2 regions. I also ask for corporate or legal and no response. Has anyone ever filed a civil suit again Comcast for breach of contract and extortion.

I started servicece on 2/6 it's 2/21. I had service for 15 days was charged 137, had my service disconnected almost half of those days. 7 days my service was disconnected. And then had the phone and internet deal stripped from me and placed back on a higher plan. Been working with the support who told me to DM them and they said it's nothing they can do they gave me 85 in credit. If I had service for less than 15 days and actually for only 7 of those days and you supposly gave me 85 in credit why would I have pay 137 and still owe 1.08$. The math is not making sense. I switched my phones? 2 lines to xfiniti because they said they had a deal for 2 lines and protection for phones for 40$ and 1gb internet for $40. They have resented the deals and now charging me regular price for internet and not sure about the phones. Will be contacting a lawyer
