Faking customers with false promotional discount
I have been on a promotional discount for my internet service with Xfinity and recently I received an email from Xfinity stating that the promotion would be carried forward for one more year and not action needed from my end, but when the bill was generated, I received totally a higher price and the reason they say is Xfinity did not share the email with the correct wordings to make it more clear for the customers.
Here is the email I received:
Great news! You’re getting another year of savings |
We hope you're enjoying your Xfinity Internet at your introductory promotional rate. Your current promotional pricing was set to expire soon, but we're excited to continue discounting your bill for the next 12 months as a thank you for being an Xfinity customer.
No action is required by you – you’ll see a “Loyalty Discount” credit on your bills over those 12 months as long as you stay on the same Xfinity Internet package. Just keep doing what you love (and love how fast you do it) with the best WiFi for your home.
Thanks again for being with Xfinity.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
