Fake Bill?
I keep getting official-looking bills via email saying my payment method has failed and my account is about to be cancelled. I logged into Xfinity and found my last bill was paid on time without problem. It's autopaid from my bank account which has plenty of cash. Naturally, the customer service autobot was completely useless and getting a live person is pretty much impossible, so I'm wondering if others have this problem. In case there is some sort of mixup, I'd hate my account to be suddenly cancelled.

@user_gg3btg Thank you for sending the screenshots of those emails in DM. Looking at the sender's email address, it is definitely not from us. I am providing the same link I sent you via DM here publicly so anyone who stumbles across this page has it.
