为什么会这样?

The network fee increased from 59.99 to 120 without my permission. It was very difficult for me because I applied to cancel the network fee on the same day. They gave me the cancellation number and said that the remaining money could be returned to me in 3-4 days. After three or four days, I called again to inquire about the situation. This time they said that the cancellation was not successful last time, so the network is still in use and there is no way to refund the money. I feel very disappointed.
