extra money taken from bank account without notifying
$220 was taken on top of my monthly bill last statement or one before, I've been trying for months now. Tickets put in and I'm denied my refund Everytime. I have not received anything for this charge and been denied 3 times for my money back. customer service has repeatedly lied over and over and over. My head is spinning. This is my final kindness to Xfinity to right their wrong. I have spoken to legal their mouths are watering. If denied again, Xfinity will be blatantly stealing my money that they never even notified me about taking the extra money on top of my monthly in the first place. They just did it! I'm hoping to hear back in a timely manner because this is already taking way too much of my own time away from my family, friends, and work in the last 3 or 4 months it's been going on, thank you.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
