Extra Charges

I have had autopay set up for multiple months. I added a new credit card and it turned off my autopay so I was charged a $10 late fee and a $5 fee for not having auto pay set up. It was never mentioned when I added a new card that I would need to set up autopay again. It also said I would get a $10 credit for paying last months bill but I never got that either.
