Extra amount charged

Why when one technician didn’t set up my TV right and the second needed to come out and fix it am I being charged an extra hundred dollars

user_hxwxnl Thanks for posting on our Forums. I'm sorry to hear that everything wasn't completed during the first visit. There shouldn't be a charge for a home visit if the issue is from our network, equipment, or prior issues. Did you see a charge appear on the account?
