Extension

I was trying to pay my bill and they offered me an extension for August but I want to know if I can pay half of it now and half of it by the extension due date

user_9yjny8 Good morning. Payment arrangements are not able to push out a past due balance for more than 10 days. You would want to pay the full agreed upon balance at one time by the agreed upon date.

Good afternoon bunnychips. I can absolutely understand needing a little more time to make a a payment. I do have a couple of questions to better understand your concern. Are you in need of an extension from the due date and balance listed on your most recent bill? Or are you in need of an extension from a letter received for a current past due balance? 

 

If the request is for 14-days from your due date and balance on a most recent bill, there is flexibility where an extension may not be needed. Here is some additional information about flexible payment options, though. Please let me know if this helps, or you if you need assistance.
