Extension

Of an extension or some kind ofI’m Extra payment plan for my mobile bill I spoke with several representatives from chat to phone and they have told me that I was extended until Monday coming up this coming up Monday, but I wanna just see if I can get that extra time to pay this bill

I completely understand , @user_ngd472 how frustrating that must be, especially when you’ve already tried using the Xfinity Assistant and still aren’t getting the help you need. At this time, payment arrangements for Xfinity Mobile do need to be handled directly by the Xfinity Mobile team, and I’m truly sorry we’re not able to set that up for you here. I know that’s not the easiest answer when you’re trying to resolve this quickly. The best next step would be to contact the Xfinity Mobile support team directly so they can review your account and see what options may still be available to help you. They’ll have access to the tools needed to check on any extensions or additional support.
