Extension
My account is past due. I have been unemployed since March due to the Pandemic. My unemployment benefits were delayed because of the new extension being put in place. I was planning on paying my bill on 1/21, but I wont recieve payment until next Thursday. I tried to get a few more days to be told they cant help. I need internet for my kids for school! If it wasnt for them having school online I wouldnt care. Give someone a break during hard times. I even said I can pay $150 towards the bill on the 21 and the remaining $200 some on the 29th!
