Good morning! Thanks for creating a post for us here on our Xfinity Forum. I know there are times when we need a few extra days and fortunately there are options available for payment arrangements and installment plans on eligible accounts with our Xfinity Assistant.
If your account is eligible the options may only appear once the account is past due. Typically, that is when the next statement posts for the account. Have you received a new statement yet?
