extended outages can not get a credit for a six hour, this is poor customer service. [Edited]
I have had two extended outages which the automated system will not give me credit for. I had one a couple of weeks ago for several hours and have had a cable stretching down the road and my yard now for weeks. Waiting to see if it ever gets really fixed. Get the cable out of my road and yard it has been weeks.
Yesterday I had a total outage for 6 hours and the automated system will not give me a credit. [Edited: Language]. I pay over $350 a month and can not get a credit for a six hour
Obvious some one decides or your programmer decides what is an outage. A total 6 hour outage should be an automatic credit. I think xfinity just wants to not pay for outages anymore at all. Do you want my business or not.
