Expiring Customer Promotion. Want to renew at cheaper rate
I have a partially expiring promotion in March of this year. The full promotion I was set up for ends in March 2023. I expect my bill to dramatically jump up. We are try to buy a new home and am looking to save some money where I can. Is anyone available to see if I can keep my current TV/internet plans but at a cheaper rate? I do not think it is fair you guys offer the best rates to new customers all the time and then as soon as our promotion expires it jumps up drastically. Please, I want to keep my cable and internet but will cut it If I need to.
