Expired Prepaid Refund Card – Unable to Access Funds or Get Support
Hello,
I was issued a prepaid refund card from Xfinity in the amount of $93.88. Unfortunately, the card has expired before I was able to use the full balance.
I attempted to resolve this through the phone number on the card and the website listed, but I am stuck in a loop:
- The phone system directs me to the website
- The website states the card is expired and no replacement is available
I have been unable to reach a live representative who can assist.
I am requesting that Xfinity reissue the $93.88 balance, either as a replacement card or as a credit/refund back to my account.

Please advise on how this can be resolved. Thank you for your help.
