Existing legacy internet customer — need help moving to current unlimited plan

I'm an existing Xfinity 2 Gig Internet customer currently paying $119/month. My account is still on a legacy plan with the 1.2 TB monthly data cap.

I understand that Xfinity's current Internet plans include unlimited data, but when I sign in and try to change my plan, the only option I can see is my existing capped plan.

I'd like to migrate my account to the equivalent current 2 Gig unlimited-data plan rather than add the $30/month Unlimited Data option to my legacy plan.

Can an Xfinity representative please help me review the current unlimited plans available for my account, including any available price guarantees or promotions?

Thanks.

tjames81. Hi there, and thanks for reaching out! I'd be happy to take a closer look at your account and review the current Internet options available. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look.

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
