Existing customer rate increasing from $35 to $55
My Xfinity internet promotional rate is ending. I’ve been paying $35/month for 200 Mbps for the past two years, and my rate is increasing to $55/month.
I contacted customer service and was told $55 is the best available rate. However, Xfinity is currently advertising 300 Mbps for $40/month to new customers in my area with a five-year price guarantee.
I’d really like to stay with Xfinity, and I’m hoping someone can review my account for any loyalty, retention, or existing-customer offers that may be available.
Thank you.
