existing customer offers
Hi. I have both internet and mobile, and am looking for deals for existing customers. I don't need to make any changes to either service, but I want to see what's available before I think about canceling. Thank you. (I already sent a DM to Xfinity Support without knowing I was supposed to post here first)

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
