Existing Customer Looking for Internet-Only Options

Hello,

I’m an existing Xfinity customer and currently have a bundle that includes TV, home phone, and high-speed internet. I no longer need the TV or home phone and would like to keep only my high-speed internet.

Could an official Xfinity representative let me know what internet-only plans or loyalty offers are available for my account? I’m comparing my options before deciding whether to keep my Xfinity internet service.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
