Existing customer deal
I have been a subscriber since 1995. All attempts through retention and chat to get a reasonable deal for tv and internet have been unsuccessful. Why doesn't Xfinity value existing, long term customers. I have a week before my current 24 month contract expires. I am getting very frustrated. A little assistance would be appreciated.

Hello @user_e89bbf, and thank you for reaching out about new offers for you. I would be happy to review the account, and see what new offers are available to you. Hopefully I have the one you have been looking for.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

It's that time again when my triple play bundle promotion runs out and I have to call in and try to negotiate a deal. Over the years, many customer service reps have been very helpful and unlike some customers I haven't had any problems with Comcast in my over 20 years of service. That being said the cost each time keeps getting higher and higher. It certainly would be nice to be rewarded for being a loyal customer who always paid on time and see Comcast offer a set price for a bundle plan for existing customers of "X" number of years that is comparable with some of the better offers out there and not have to worry every two years of a significate price hike. I certainly would like to remain with Comcast but for financial reasons I will have to entertain other offers. Having recently retired I need to cut back on expenses so If anyone knows of any existing deals for current customers it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in

its always been this way. But they used to work with customers to a degree. My bill got jacked again. I got a nice woman a year ago and she worked with me as I'm really low income. I called today and got this jerk who was like ok let's just cancel it. had this service for 12 years always on time payments. I'm def looking around because they don't care about their customers. Thank god I am part of that 30.00 off program or I wouldnt have TV. Over 200 dollars for basic cable and internet. Def look around. Dude wanted to cancel me but I said I will shop around first. Such a rip off company. A good company would reward existing customers. Instead they continually rip off the ones who are the most loyal. It's disgusting but what goes around comes around. And I believe most of the customer service people do mean well. It's just their job. My mother for reference has been with them for like 30 years and they keep jacking her prices too. They are more wealthy but pay over 300 dollars for it. [Edited: "Language"]
