Executive Customer Relations Escalation – Historical Xfinity Mobile DPP Records

I am requesting escalation to Comcast/Xfinity Executive Customer Relations regarding my former Xfinity Mobile account.

I transferred my mobile service from Xfinity Mobile to AT&T in January 2026. I now require historical documentation showing the Device Payment Plan (DPP) remaining balance for each financed device as of December 2025/January 2026.

I have exhausted normal customer-service channels, including telephone support, supervisors, and an Xfinity retail location. The retail manager was able to obtain historical bills, but those statements do not contain the historical remaining Device Payment Plan balances that I require.

Because all of my Xfinity Mobile lines were canceled, my online account no longer gives me access to the former Mobile account, devices, or device-payment history. I therefore cannot retrieve the records myself.

I am not requesting another monthly billing statement. I need an authorized representative with access to the historical Xfinity Mobile account to provide documentation identifying each financed device and its remaining Device Payment Plan/payoff balance as of the date my service was transferred in January 2026.

Please open a corporate escalation and have Executive Customer Relations contact me. I can provide my former Xfinity Mobile numbers, account information, device information/IMEIs, identification, and any other information required to locate the records.
