Exceptionally HIGH Xfinity Bill

Hi all...Well after 20+ years as a loyal Xfinity customer, I find myself finally chased out of keeping this account.  My bill has skyrocketed in the past two years to its current high of...ready for this?  $379 A MONTH!.  All around me family and friends have cancelled their Xfinity accounts and gone to Hulu, ATT, Earthlink plans, etc.  Unless there is some secret TV/Internet plan that they aren't telling long term customers (read: Suckers) about, I out of here.  Anyone know anything I don't know?  We've stayed for the convenience, despite spotty and lagging streaming, but this is ridiculous.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
