Exceeded attempts to update payment information
I had a credit card compromised and attempted to update the payment information. The website simply would not accept the new payment method. Now I get a message telling me I have exceeded the number of attempts to update the payment information. AutoPay discount will be lost if I cannot get this corrected. I called and spoke to a CS rep but they were unable to do anythign about this. I just want to pay the bill and continue to receive the discount.
