ETF when moving to area Comcast doesn't service.
We are moving to South Carolina were Comcast doesn't have service. I am reading that Comcast will still try and charge you an ETF even though you can't transfer service to new home. This is something that needs to be looked into as legally it's not in their right to do so. Companies like Lifetime even know this and let you out of contracts when there isn't a gym near by.
I will be asking for a ETF waiver because it's not our fault we have to move and Comcast isn't in the new area.

FWIW @user_d59cf4 the reason you got an ETF is because you are the one that broke the contract, not Comcast. Your contract should have spelled out the reasons why you would get an ETF.
