ETF for Military moving on orders. SCRA violation
I had to cancel my service due to receiving orders to an area that doesn’t not have xfinity. I provided my orders and was told no ETF would be assessed; I paid the balance on my account and moved. I have now received multiple bills for an ETF after which I call and am told it is taken care of due to being active duty in the military.
today I called and the lady assisting me told me that lots of people have to move for their job and being a part of the military doesn’t not make a difference.
This is a direct violation of the SCRA. I explained that to her to no avail. Waiting now for 22 min to speak to someone else. Xfinity, please be better.
