ETF charged 10 days after cancellation

I just got my final bill in the mail, 9/8/20, after canceling service on 8/21/20. The ETF was applied on 8/31/20 which is a whopping 10 days after I called and got my service canceled. This also put me over my initial 30 day period that excludes me from the ETF. Why was the ETF applied 10 days after I got my service switched off? That's unacceptable; I specifically called and got my service canceled within those 30 days so I could avoid the ETF but it was applied anyway. And a whopping 10 days after my call at that!

I need this rectified or something because I'm not paying a fee that was applied when and where it shouldn't have been.
