ETF billing

Hello, 

I was used service since Nov 11, 2024 and disconected service on Jun 12, 2025

and today I got a mail with an nonsense ETF bill.

i dont understand why I have to pay this charge because since I signed the contract and a day I be at store to disconected service, nobody tell me about this fee, because if I know it, I'll never signed the contract.

Please help me out because this fee make not sense.
