Error While Trying to Mangement Payment

I have tried numerous times since Friday. Spent alot of time on Chat to tell me there is a technical issue. I just want to change my credit card number. Are you still experiencing this problem. What should I do. I do not want to spend time on the phone waiting. Just want to update my account.
