Error on new promotions page
Good morning,
My 2 year promotional pricing has ended this month and I would like to see what offers there are now for an existing customer to help lower my monthly bill. When I try and see the offers on the website it gives me an error and says to reach out to support. Can you please help me?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
