Error on my bill

How do I get an error in my bill corrected? I was charged $100 for a service fee to get my home internet set up and was told by customer retention specialist that it would be waived.
This was a long story that led to this ——[Edited: "Inflammatory"] frustration , but I was in the process of canceling my account for [Edited: "Language"] service and that was the promise to get me to stay. 
There should be notes all over my account about this, but if not… I have proof of this because I recorded the call! 
To see the charge on my bill after that ordeal is infuriating! 
who do I call to get it fixed?

Very similar issue. My internet did not work for days which they could not resolve over the phone. Tech came out which I was told was necessary so therefore not my fault and no charge. Also I have the warranty plan which years ago was told in the event a tech comes out that takes care of any charges. Needless to say 2 months later I am being billed. Customer service says tech has to take it off and someone will contact me to resolve and dont worry about late fees or service interruption as it will be waived due to the inquiry and verification. Guess what no contact but instead messages saying my service will be interrupted for past payment. For being a 15 year customer and paying what I do monthly this has been beyond horrible. Think it's time to finally look at other providers
