Error code in billing

I've been trying to pay my xfinity bill via my account, but continue to get timed out and given an error message.  This has been going on for two days now.  Is there a system problem?

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related............. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_0wtas1 That certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers when trying to do anything with their account. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity app to see if it just needs an update? Are you able to access the account through the website to make a payment, and see if you are getting the error as there as well?
