Erroneous Limited Basic Converter Charges

It’s been 4 months since I kept raising tickets and call to remove this charge on my account. Every time the customer service promise that it will be removed forever, but that’s not the case. What other avenues can I go about raising this complaint?

@user_jdyd5f  Thanks for following up. We can only reply to customers when they are invited. Initiate a direct message now that you have the permission. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
